Policy Fellows Alumni

An important benefit of the program is joining the Policy Fellows alumni network. More than 600 Minnesotans have participated in the Policy Fellows program, many of whom are now influential figures in their communities. Through this network, alumni are connected to a broad public affairs community, along with educational and professional opportunities. The Center supports the alumni network by organizing events, maintaining a directory, sharing alumni job/career updates, and providing opportunities for alumni to engage with current Fellows. An Alumni Core Team, which meets about once per quarter, helps coordinate events and outreach.

If you are a Policy Fellows alumnus or alumna, please stay connected and let us know what is new with you! E-mail us at with news, announcements, or updates to the directory.

Have you made the news lately? Awards, publications, start-ups, significant appointments? We really want to hear from you! Please send an e-mail to Make sure you provide us with your name, cohort year, and any pertinent details to your update. For the list of updates from the last year, please go to Alumni News.

Pay it Forward: Support Scholarships for Current and Future Fellows

What did you appreciate the most about your Fellows experience? You can ensure that others have the same opportunity, and that the program fee (currently $6500) isn't an obstacle for anyone. Each year, about 60% of the new Fellows request help with the program fee. We are proud to offer generous scholarships, but we need your help.

Donate online now at or call Kate at 612-625-8330 for more information.

Thank you to all of our alumni donors!
