Conference Center

The Hubert H. Humphrey School of Public Affairs Conference Center is a unique meeting and event space on the West Bank of the University of Minnesota. The Conference Center hosts a full calendar of public affairs programming and is the event space of choice for many University of Minnesota departments and programs as well as for many non-university state and national groups.

The Conference Center's public spaces offer a variety of room sizes and amenities from the 250 seat Cowles Auditorium and adjacent sky-lit atrium to the Roy Wilkins Room featuring historical photos from the life of Roy Wilkins. Most rooms are equipped with tables and rolling chairs, flipchart easel, screen, and whiteboard. All rooms also are equipped with an LCD projector.

The Conference Center’s experienced technical staff is available to provide on-site event AV support as well as support for events at venues on or off campus including McNamara Alumni Center and Northrop Auditorium.
