Atrium

Capacity: 250 reception; 250 seated dining
The Atrium is included with Cowles Auditorium rental.

Additional fees for the atrium/auditorium:

  • Atrium chair (after first 49): $2.50
  • 60" round table (after first 7): $9
  • 6' table with linen & skirting: $15
  • 6' table without linen & skirting: $7
  • Panel table with chairs: $15

Cancellation Policy

Confirmed events that are cancelled are subject to the following charges:

  • 61-90 days before event: 30% of room fee
  • 31-60 days before event: 40% of room fee
  • Under 30 days before event: 50% of room fee; 100% of auditorium/atrium fee
  • Week of event: 100% of room fee

If you need to cancel your request, email notification is required.

Additional charges may be incurred for weekend events and if the room setup is different than the standard arrangement. An on-site management and facilities management fee may also apply for evening and weekend events.

The Conference Center owns additional equipment for your use. Arrangements for items not owned by the center can be made at an extra cost.
