All requests for space are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
"Hold" reservations can be made for multiple dates before finalizing event plans. Email notification is requested for status change of HOLD reservations and is required for cancellation of confirmed reservations. Cancellation of a CONFIRMED event may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Non-University of Minnesota groups are required to sign a facility use agreement and provide proof of insurance coverage. Insurance coverage documentation can be obtained through a group’s insurance provider or can be purchased through the university at additional cost.
Billing is through either the University of Minnesota financial system for university groups or by invoice for non-university groups
